this song is a palindrome....meaning it is exactly the same reversed and forward.

took a clip from an unreleased song of mine called "my cats" (2012)

the song my cats is about an old lady with a walker giving me beef. i tell her that she doesn't know who she is messing with...and that i got two cats that got my back. then my cats do kung fu on the old lady, and i run away a winner.

at some point in the next year i am going to finish the video for the origianl song...and release it. after i wrote the song (my cats), one of my two cats (sir verbal lee) passed away...so the song that this palindrome came from is extra special to me.

anyway....i took a clip...the part of the song where i sang "and they got my back"....and looped it up a bunch...then i turned it around backwards....and the backwards lyrics were really close to "these cats aren't liking it".....so then i sang along with the backwards music reinforcing the new lyrics. when i flipped it back around....the word "back" sounded more like "snacks"...so i sang another forward vocal helping out the lyrics this way.

and that fit in the whole nightmare feel of the song....dreaming about my cats not wanting their dry diet cat food...and eating all my nacho chips and crackers. (not a real dream...but a pretend one that i made up to give the words some meaning)

thanks again for using these songs on your upcoming release. makes me all kinds of proud.
